Serial Numbers - Your user name and serial number is included in your Reshade Registration Information email.

Lost Your Serial Number? - If you misplace your serial number, you can get a replacement serial number by contacting Customer Service (proof of purchase is required).

Free Evaluation - We have an evaluation version available for Reshade stand-alone. To download one, please go to the download page.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information submitted by you (the buyer) will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy - Products purchased directly from Reshade, come with a 30-day return policy. During this period you are entitled to receive a full refund for any direct purchase. Products purchased through an authorized reseller are subject to the return policy of that reseller. Please contact the reseller directly for details on their return policy.

Reshade offers a detailed description of its software. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed his/her product and is satisfied with its quality before effecting actual purchase. If you have not tried our free evaluation demonstration, please do so before purchasing. With knowledge of the above, please request a return/refund only on defective software.
